Terms and Conditions for Lady Dusters LLC

Company: Hello Clean & Company LLC (“Hello Clean,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

By booking, scheduling, or receiving cleaning services from Hello Clean & Company LLC, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Hello Clean & Company LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as requested by the client and confirmed through booking, written estimate, invoice, or service agreement (“Services”).

Services are limited to the scope agreed upon at booking. Any additional requests not originally included may require extra time and will be billed accordingly.

2. Pricing & Hourly Rates

All services are billed hourly at $55 per cleaner, per hour, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Time begins upon arrival and ends upon completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Pricing is based on the condition of the space as described by the client.
  • If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed (heavy buildup, excessive clutter, pet hair, etc.), additional time may be required and billed.

Price Transparency

Clients will be informed of the total expected cost before services begin, including any required fees. Optional add-on services will be clearly disclosed and approved by the client prior to service.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If cleaners are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to locked doors, missing access codes, or client unavailability, the visit may be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
  • Water and electricity must be available during the service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive documents.
  • Disclose any known hazards (mold, biohazards, broken fixtures, unsafe floors, aggressive pets, etc.).
  • Secure pets during service.
  • Inform Hello Clean of any product sensitivities or allergies before service.

Hello Clean reserves the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe or undisclosed conditions are present.

5. Supplies & Products

Hello Clean provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If a client requests the use of their own products or tools, Hello Clean is not responsible for product performance or damage resulting from those products.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Hello Clean may return to re-clean missed areas at no additional charge, at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Permanent stains, wear, or damage
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Areas not included in the agreed scope of work

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No deposits are required at this time.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • Clients agree to contact Hello Clean directly to resolve billing issues prior to initiating chargebacks.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be charged up to one hour of service ($55 per cleaner).

Company Cancellations

Hello Clean may reschedule services due to illness, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Colorado Right to Cancel (When Applicable)

Under Colorado law, certain agreements made in a client’s home or away from the seller’s normal place of business may be canceled within three (3) business days of signing.

If applicable, cancellation must be submitted in writing. Emergency or client-initiated services may be excluded from this right.

10. Breakage, Damage & Liability

Clients must report any alleged damage within 48 hours of service completion and provide documentation when possible.

Hello Clean is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improperly installed or unstable items
  • Electronics, antiques, artwork, or specialty surfaces unless agreed to in writing

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit in question.

11. Services Not Provided

Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, Hello Clean does not perform:

  • Mold or biohazard remediation
  • Pest control
  • Hoarding cleanups
  • Restoration or construction cleanup beyond light dust and debris
  • Heavy lifting or moving furniture over safe limits

12. Photos & Documentation

Photos may be taken for quality control and documentation purposes. Marketing use of photos will only occur with client consent.

13. Recurring Services

For recurring clients:

  • Pricing assumes routine maintenance.
  • Skipped visits may require additional time or a deep clean rate.
  • Rates or scope may be adjusted with prior notice if conditions change.

14. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Hello Clean staff or contractors for competing services during service and for 12 months after the last service, unless a placement fee is paid.

15. Termination of Service

Hello Clean reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, harassment, repeated late cancellations, nonpayment, or misrepresentation of job conditions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be handled in a Colorado court of proper jurisdiction.

17. Acceptance

By booking or receiving services from Hello Clean & Company LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
